- Chickpeas (cooked)240g
- Carrot1
- Rolled oats60g
- Onion1
- Garlic2 cloves
- Plant milk200ml
- Flour1 tbsp
- Vegetable stock150ml
- Allspice and black peppera little
- Vegetable oil and saltto taste

- 1Fry the minced onion and garlic until fragrant, and grate the carrot.
