Always check the nutrition label when buying — fortified products typically provide 100 to 130 milligrams of calcium per 100 milliliters, close to milk, while unfortified products often have only single-digit amounts. Calcium Absorption in Common Plant Milks

Research shows that soy milk fortified with calcium carbonate has a calcium absorption rate similar to cow's milk — both around 30% — which is notably better than high-oxalate vegetables like spinach.
